Steps and processes for manufacturing Drag Chain

1. Material preparation:
According to the specifications and requirements of the drag chain, select appropriate materials, such as plastic materials such as nylon, PVC or TPE, and possible metal connectors.
Materials are pre-processed, such as cutting, cleaning and drying, to ensure their quality and performance.

2. Mold design and manufacturing:
Design and manufacture molds according to the shape, size and functional requirements of the drag chain. Molds typically include injection molds or die-cast molds used to shape plastic materials into various parts of the energy chain.

3. Injection molding:
The pre-treated plastic material is put into the injection molding machine, and the material is injected into the mold through heat and high pressure.
After waiting for the plastic material to cool and solidify in the mold, open the mold and take out the formed drag chain components.

4. Chain link assembly:
Injection-molded chain links are assembled using specific connections. Common connection methods include hinged, snap-on or screw-fastening.
Ensure that the connection between the chain links is firm and reliable and can withstand the stretching and twisting forces of the drag chain during use.

5. Internal filling and finishing:
Fill the inside of the chain links with appropriate materials, such as polyester fiber or rubber, to increase the flexibility of the drag chain and protect the internal cables.
Organize cables and pipes to ensure they are organized within the drag chain to reduce wear and pinching.

6. Exterior decoration and coating:
