Fipronil
A wide-spectrun insecticide that is no more time authorized for use in the EU on crops but might be employed as a veterinary treatment method, for the handle of parasites on animals not destined for the meals chain. It has a minimal aqueous solubility, a low volatility and is not tremendously cellular in the setting. It can be very persistent in soil programs but is much less so in aquatic and sediment techniques. It is very harmful to humans and might bio-accumulate. It is deemed a neurotoxicant and the two an eye and pores and skin irritant.
